The Mom Brain OS

The mental load is invisible work. You shouldn't have to carry all of it in your head.

For working parents and caregivers who are also the household's calendar, meal planner, bookkeeper and keeper of every school email. I'm building AI assistants that take specific pieces of that off your plate, starting with the ones I already run for my own family.

Five pieces of the load an assistant can carry

Each one starts with something you already have (an inbox, a saved recipe, a bank statement) and hands back something finished.

saved recipe → this week's menu

Saved recipes become a meal plan and a grocery list

The recipe you saved on Instagram or a blog becomes part of next week's menu, with the grocery list already written.

23 Tue · Fri 23 pings → 1 brief

School and activity email becomes a twice-a-week brief

School, after-school care and sports send a steady stream of time-sensitive email. Twice a week you get one brief instead: what needs action now and by when, then an FYI section. It goes to every caregiver in the house so you're not the only one carrying it, and anything with a deadline lands on your calendar as a reminder.

P C F ingredients → per serving

Your recipes get macros per serving

Give it a recipe and get protein, carbs and fat per serving, worked out from the actual ingredients and amounts.

$ statements → where it went

Statements become a spending breakdown that makes sense to you

Hand over credit card statements and transaction exports and get a full breakdown of where the money went. You pick the categories, including the ones that build something like savings or paying down debt, and it learns which cryptic transaction names belong where.

dentist 3pm text yourself → one list

Things you can't forget go on one running list

Text or email yourself the dentist appointment, the permission slip, the prescription pickup. An assistant reads that one place and keeps a list that rolls over every day until you mark each thing done.

Two ways to get one

Done for you

I set it up around how your family actually runs: your inboxes, your calendar, the other adults who need to be in the loop. You tell me what's eating your week and I build it.

Hands-on workshop

A live session where you build one yourself with me guiding. My goal is that you leave with it working, and that you understand it well enough to change it later.

Neither one is open yet. I'm deciding what to offer first based on what people here ask for, so your answers below decide it.

Which of these would you use? Pick any.
